Hi Nico, I just bought the lifetime license and I verified my organization 30 min ago, so it might be my API key, but when I tried to generate 4 ads, it only generated the first one and the other 3 failed

I think I found the cause and pushed a fix. Can you try and see if it works?

Nico This is a new one, I created it after you said you pushed a fix. Went back on the dashboard and this time the ad displays this (see attached screenshot) - same id 68317ba914be0a184a9e588a

Alexandre Ok, and you do have the API saved locally? (can see in your account settings on the bottom right)

Nico Sorry I can't find what you're talking about, but if you're talking about the API key, yes it's saved, and it works. Maybe I was not clear enough, the ads generation works if I generate only 1 ad (so api key is fine). As soon as I request more than 1 ad, only 1 ad is generated, all the others are not. Just like the first screenshot posted by Frederico

Can you send me the IDs of the ads? You can get them by clicking the ad with the error and checking the URL (generateads.ai/dashboard/ads/xxx)

Will check what happened, if one generated then it's likely not an OpenAI issue :)

Having the same issue, only one picture is generated each time. My organization was verified days ago and I've been using OpenAI image API without any issue, so the problem doesn't come from OpenAI.
